| Renewal & Payment | We send a renewal reminder three days before lessons restart. Bank-transfer payments are due by the final lesson date. For card payments, submit your renewal at least three days before the end date to avoid an interruption. |
| Refund Policy | Before lessons begin: full refund. After lessons begin: refund for remaining lessons with no cancellation penalty, recalculated at the standard tuition rate. |
